1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and wbx2u ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs the entire use of the wbx2u.onl website and all services operating under it.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• Platform — the wbx2u.onl website and all services provided through it, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports.
• Account — the account registered by the User to access the Platform's services.
• Balance — the amount of funds available in the User's account for betting purposes.
• Bonus — promotional credits credited by wbx2u into the User's account subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bet — any activity of placing a wager using funds in the User's account.

This platform operates under international licensing and complies with its licensing guidelines in all aspects of operation. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of these services is lawful under the laws of their place of residence.

2. Account Registration and Management

To register an account with wbx2u, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including full name, active email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in the account being terminated immediately.

• Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a breach of these terms.
• Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login credentials. wbx2u is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's negligence in keeping this information confidential.
• Users must notify wbx2u customer support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• wbx2u reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This includes a copy of a national identity card (MyKad), utility bill or other supporting documents. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Any attempt to do so may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

wbx2u provides several payment methods for Users' convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for payments made using cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes depending on the chosen method.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Users are required to ensure that the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals is in the same name as the registered wbx2u account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the withdrawal request being rejected.

If a User's account is suspended due to an investigation or suspected fraud, wbx2u reserves the right to hold any withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

wbx2u offers various promotions to Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by wbx2u:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible User unless stated otherwise.
• If a User makes a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be automatically cancelled.
• wbx2u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or any attempt to exploit the promotions system.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

5. Game Rules and Betting

All games provided by wbx2u operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness in every game. Specific rules for each game can be found on the help page within the platform.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that has been verified by wbx2u.
• If a technical interruption occurs during an active bet, wbx2u will review the system records to determine the appropriate outcome. The result of this review is final.
• Users are not permitted to use any software, tools or automated methods to exploit or manipulate the game system.
• Bets that exceed the maximum limit set for a game may be cancelled by wbx2u without prior notice.
• All live casino games are streamed live by licensed service providers. wbx2u is not responsible for video stream interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

6. Prohibitions and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the wbx2u platform:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Using two or more accounts simultaneously or alternately to gain an advantage in promotions.
• Collusion between multiple players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets systematically without direct human involvement.
• Providing false information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Any attempt to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Allowing individuals under the age of 21 to use your account to access the platform.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting wbx2u customer support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed or any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

wbx2u reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to fulfil identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from licensing authorities or law enforcement.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and there has been no violation, any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses whose requirements have not yet been met) will be returned to the User through the agreed method.

wbx2u provides its platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose.

• The platform is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, third-party failures or factors beyond our control.
• Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and accept full personal responsibility for their betting decisions.

• Users are advised to keep records of any transactions or interactions relevant to their complaint.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legal principles applicable under wbx2u's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by the licensing authority.
